M. Grier Eliasek serves as the chief executive officer and president of PCRED. Grier is a Director, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation. Grier is also a Managing Director of Prospect and Prospect Administration, LLC. Grier has worked in investment management since 1999. Prior to joining Prospect, Grier served as a consultant with Bain & Company from 1995 to 1998 where he managed engagements for companies in several different industries. At Bain, he analyzed new lines of business, developed market strategies, revamped sales organizations, and improved operational performance.
Grier received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia (where he was a Jefferson Scholar and Rodman Scholar) and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
